Bausch & Stroebel model KSF 1020 fully automatic intermittent-motion monoblock filling and capping machine. Serial number 57318. Year 1995. For closing cylindrical glass or plastic containers such as bottles and vials with two different types of closures. Push on caps and screw caps. The KSF 1020 model has a wide range of uses in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other related industries. The dosing station is designed to process liquid products using piston pumps and will be available with 2 piston sizes: 25ml and 75ml. Equipped to fill and cap both conventional bottles and bottles with pump spray assemblies (such as nasal spray), 2 vibratory cap bowls are included. Machine is capable of fill ranges between 0.1ml to 540ml depending on the pumps fitted. Designed to be fitted with up to 6 filling nozzles subject to customers requirement, currently set up with 1 filling nozzle. Comes with 5 sets of format parts: 15ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml and 540ml. Currently equipped with a 24 station star wheel, it was last run at an average speed of 40 bottles per minute with a maximum speed of 50 per minute/3,000 fills per hour. The bottles are manually fed into the machine or can be automatically discharged from a bottle unscrambler. Manufactured in stainless steel, highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability.
